How do we move from insights to actions that can transform the building industry in a regenerative direction?
That was the central question at Session 4 of the ATV Mission Lab for Building Construction, which focused on how regenerative approaches can be implemented in practice and what actions we need to take now and in the future. Building on seven action tracks, participants worked concretely on how action can be organized, coordinated, and amplified across the value chain, so that the transition does not depend on isolated initiatives but can move toward a new shared normal by 2075. The program ranged from imagination to systemic action through group work and plenary discussions on how the formulated action tracks can be brought to life in decisions, structures, and collaborations.
