Four overarching themes can set the direction for the dialogue on the future of regenerative building and serve as a starting point for a shared discussion on desired changes.

To approach the building sector through a more holistic dialogue, these four simplified themes can help provide direction - and perhaps momentum. Here, they are presented as excerpts from a co-creation exercise.
Through our work with scenarios and missions, four recurring themes have emerged, forming part of the foundation for a shared direction in the transformation of the building sector. These themes revolve around rethinking and reflect a holistic approach to the economy, communities, climate, and all living things, with a long-term focus at the center. The themes guide development toward regenerative practices - where budingnot only reduces harm but actively improves the social and natural environments.
The themes are inspired by our ‘Regenerative Design Dialogue Framework’.
